At MeCAD, the design of paneling and closing systems is taken to a level that very few designers can offer. Unlike the usual practice on the market — where panels and accessories are measured after the hall is assembled — we design EVERYTHING right from the design phase, using full three-dimensional modeling.

By "EVERYTHING" we mean:
- thermal insulation panels (PUR / PIR)
- corrugated sheet for walls and roof
- all metal accessories: corners, ridges, skirtings, flanges, interior and exterior profiles
- PVC skirting boards for the food industry
- special elements for sealing, drainage and ventilation
- all types of screws, washers, clamps, fastening accessories, with exact number

This entire system is designed in 3D, coded and sent to the factory for production. The materials are delivered to the construction site already cut, machined and ready for assembly.
The result: the workers simply assemble the elements according to the project, without additional measurements, without subsequent orders and without improvisations.
This offers three major advantages:
- predictable cost right from the design phase
- minimal material losses during assembly
- very short execution time on the construction site

MeCAD is among the few designers who also design the metal accessories before the hall is assembled. Door and window openings, metal frames, consoles, contour details — all are designed and manufactured in advance, so that the assembly is perfectly synchronized with the metal structure.

In our company we have developed a design program dedicated to closing systems, an internal software that allows us to generate:
- complete assembly details
- execution details for accessories
- exact quantities of materials
- production lists correlated with suppliers

This internal tool allows us to quickly and accurately solve most of the problems that may arise in a construction:
- infiltrations through the roof, base or walls
- thermal bridges in windows and doors
- condensation in the gap area
- areas exposed to the weather (sectional doors, pedestrian doors, ramps)

In many of our solutions we use professional materials from SIKA, a world leader in waterproofing and special materials for construction, thus guaranteeing performance and durability.

As a final result, the halls designed by MeCAD have NO any more leaks, NO condensation, NO major thermal bridges and NO generate rapid cracks in the floor. The solutions are tested, optimized and reliable.">">
