Design / Full design

General design is the foundation of any investment. MeCAD creates complete documentation for any type of construction — industrial, agricultural, commercial, utility or public — covering all the necessary specialties and all the stages provided for by the legislation in force.

The general design includes, in an integrated manner, the following:
1. Feasibility Study (FS)
- establishing the optimal construction solution
- defining the technical concept
- evaluating costs and developing the investment budget
- preliminary architectural and structural solutions
2. Documentation for obtaining the Urbanism Certificate (CU)
- plans, surveys, existing situations
- technical memoranda and supporting documents
- consultancy regarding the authorities' requirements
3. Documentation for Construction Authorization (PAC)
- preparing the PAC documentation according to the legislation
- architectural plans, existing/designed situation
- requirements urban planning, approvals and agreements
- submission of documentation to the authorities (at the request of the beneficiary)
4. Technical Project (PT) - includes all the specialties necessary for the execution of a construction:
- architecture
- resistance structure (metal, reinforced concrete, mixed structures)
- electrical installations
- sanitary installations
- heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations
- technical gas installations
- vertical systematization and arrangement of platforms
The technical project is made in 3D format, with the correlation of all specialties.
5. Execution Details (DE)
- reinforcements and formwork for reinforced concrete structures
- plans and details for metal structures
- assembly details, paneling, joints and special elements
- lists of materials 100% compatible with production and execution on site
6. Field measurements and investigations
- total station topographic survey
- geotechnical study for terrain characteristics
- verification of real dimensions for perfect correlation with the 3D model
