MeCAD leading systems design of panels systems to another level: ENTIRE SYSTEM is design through three-dimensional modeling, encode and send in the factory for execution. "Everything" means the panels (the corrugated sheets or insulating panels), accessories sheet (corners, crests, aprons, rebates, etc.), special elements (PVC corner for food industry) to identify types of screws for mounting and are counted (screws, washers, roof clips, etc.).

Our principle is simple: everything is in project it is order to factory and it's come ready cut / machined on site, and workers just to install them. They do not make measurements and subsequent orders, so the recipient knows of that is the cost when designing the system. We know that many "designers" come on site and measured the windows and doors, to execute then, for example, the window opening. MeCAD designs and delivers them to mount BEFORE hall.

Why? First, because the customer knows the investment cost from the design stage. Secondly, because the mounting material losses to a minimum. Thirdly, because the assembly building to last a short time.

We have developed - in house, a specialized program for panels systems design. It was not easy, but it allows us to take what others find impossible: a complete project, which contains details of assembly, detailed design but also the bill of materials.

Over the years we have found solutions to most problems that may occur in a building: water infiltration through the roof, cap or basements; thermal bridges that form the doors and windows; weather protection zones access (sectional doors, pedestrian doors, etc). In many of these solutions include material from SIKA, which is a company recognized internationally as the leader in waterproofing products and special materials for construction.
Therefore, in our halls NO more "raining" it is an basic priciple, there is no more condensation in the doors and windows, cracked floors are no longer in operation or immediately after casting.
